Kishore Kumar - RD Bur

The only music composer who knew how to mix western influences with Indian classical music was R.D Burman. He was a par excellence composer who brought the best out of his singers, especially Kishore Kumar. When Kishore Kumar lend his voice to Amitabh Bachchan he sounded exactly like him and when he sang for Jeetendra it seemed as if Jeetendra was himself singing. It's easy to overindulge, and feel bloated and puffy after a big meal. The main cause? Not-so-savory reasons like gas and acid reflux. Instead of popping a Tums and flopping back on the couch, think about trying a natural cure for stomach troubles.

"Fifteen minutes of yoga will help ease your pain," says Zayna Gold, creator of Healing Through Movement and a Boston-based yoga instructor. As a long-time sufferer of Crohn's disease, she's created this yoga sequence to beat bloat, flatten your middle, and ease your stomach pains.

London Fashion Week

LFW: Five key trends spotted for autumn/winter 2014Despite London Fashion Week being famed for the most original and cutting-edge designers, there was a noticeable alignment of trends and ideas across some of the biggest names this week.
This made the job of spotting the trends fairly easy. It’s the wearing of them that may prove a little more challenging.  Although the creativity was dazzling, I’m not yet convinced about how translatable some of the trends will be. Taking Pictures

When taking pictures in the cold, the biggest problem is keeping your hands warm. Most camera bodies are metal and conduct heat right out of your fingers. I prefer to wear a relatively thin pair of liner gloves, making it easy to operate the camera. When I’m not photographing, I have a pair of very large mittens hanging from my wrists. I take off the mittens, shoot pictures quickly, and then slip my hands back into the warm gloves. Soon enough your fingers will feel warm again, and you’ll have incredible images of the wintry landscape.

Little Red Dress Wardrobe!

Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel really does take lady in red to new heights in this amazing cut-out stunner of a dress by Robert Rodriguez. And this also proves that a LRD (little red dress) is the must-have wardrobe item. Candice and Karlie Kloss, two gorgeous models, both in rouge numbers!
But for Candice, showing a little more flesh than Karlie was the order of the day. Not only were her lovely toned arms and ample bosom on display, but also that washboard stomach too with this peekaboo cut-out feature.
Cut just below-the-knee, this dress is sexy yet chic, and really embodies the 'fun with fashion' approach to her wardrobe that Candice adopts. It's a perfect fit on her.
Teamed with those black super high Christian Louboutin heels, which acted as the only accessory with the dress, Candice hits a high note with this entire look, even matching her lips to the colour of the dress.
You can buy Candice's exact dress by clicking on the right for 480, which for a designer frock isn't too bad. But if you are saving on the pounds, then look below for other options.

Friendships and Fashion Councils

Bridges are being built — and it’s about time too. The Pakistani fashion fraternity is not about to become one big happy family, but I do see the insensible chasm dividing the industry into Karachi and Lahore factions narrowing down ever-so-slightly.
